If you need an exact colour match please contact me before purchasing your hat or headpiece. You might like to send or request swatches for a true match.
Sometimes the easiest way for us to accurately colour match from afar is to use a Dulux Paint Chart as a guide!
Please note, colours might vary due to different monitor settings. This is not a product fault.
All items are complete and ready for shipping. I aim to have all deliveries sent within 1-2 days of purchase.
I use Australia Post and will send you a tracking number as soon as your purchase is despatched.
Shipping within Australia is $20 per item. For multiple purchases, shipping costs will be combined if possible.
If you require your item urgently, please contact me. Local pick up is usually available (I'm in Melbourne) or I can arrange an express courier for an additional fee. Please contact me if you would like to explore this option.
International shipping is also available. Please contact me for the cost of delivery to your location. Please note, for international orders, any Customs related fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged, please provide me with images of the damaged package and any damage to the item within three days to allow me to claim compensation from the courier.
There is no return or refund available unless the item is faulty, so please choose carefully.

If an item is damaged/defective, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
