Black and White Percher Hat
This black and white percher hat makes an ideal finishing touch.
It measures approximately 19cm (7.5 inches) long and 17cm (6.5 inches) across and is positioned on the head with hat elastic. This is a very light and comfortable headpiece to wear all day.
This hat complies with Royal Ascot's Royal Enclosure Dress Code. (Hats and headpieces must have a solid base of four inches (10cm) in diameter.
