Galleon
An exploration of scale and structure, Galleon extends earlier fabric manipulation techniques into a more expansive, sculptural form.
Crafted in silk dupion, the surface is shaped through disciplined tucks and folds, creating depth, rhythm and a strong directional flow. The increased scale allows the interplay of light and shadow to become more pronounced, giving the piece a sense of movement that shifts with the wearer.
The form rises and curves with intent, balancing volume with control while remaining comfortable and secure to wear.
This piece reflects a progression in scale - where technique is carried further, and form becomes more expressive.
