This Purple Heart Crinoline Hat is elegant and stylish.
Deep purple crinoline has been pleated to create a heart shaped pill box. It is trimmed with swirls of matching purple crinoline.
It measures approximately 15cm (6 inches) across at its widest point and is positioned on the head with a velvet trimmed headband.
This hat complies with Royal Ascot's Royal Enclosure Dress Code. (Hats and headpieces must have a solid base of four inches [10cm] in diameter.
